Fat melter

The fat melter model T500 / T1200 / T 1500 / T2000 serves to melt blocks of fat.

The inside of the machine is made out of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). It has a pipe grid on which the butter blocks are loaded.

The tank is surrounded by a water jacket in which the water is heated by 3 pcs. 6 kW heaters and is pumped through the pipe grid.

The water jacket is insulated from the environment by mineral wool.

After melting, the liquid fat is kept within certain temperature limits, which are set by the machine operator and controlled through the machine control panel.

The set and current temperatures are displayed on a display.
