Most of our equipment has built-in VPN router that allows remote software diagnosis and service if being connected to internet by cable.

Prepaid Service Packages

Online service will require a pre-paid service package:

  • 2 hours - online remote post warranty 24/7 service
  • 5 hours - online remote post warranty 24/7 service
  • 10 hours - online remote post warranty 24/7 service
  • Monthly subscription (valid for 12 months) - online remote post warranty 24/7 service

All prepaid service packages does not include spare parts, which need to be ordered in time separately. Kindly note that weekend and night shifts are charged double.
