The heating is indirect by a water jacket.

The vessel has a suitable insulation around it.

The heating is accompanied by intensive stirring which allows the addition of other ingredients.

The temperature control is regulated by a programmable controller and the values are shown on a display.

The machines have the possibility for cooling of the material by means of cold water.
