Fully automatic wrapping machine for all kinds of ice cream products – can be added to any kind of extrusion or molding line.
As a system with product directly laid down onto wrapping film (reverse wrapper) - without coming into contact with any machinery part or line component – W400 is ensuring highest hygiene standards.
W400 wrapping machine is distinguished by its reliability, performance and simplicity in its use and maintenance.
Completely managed by brushless servo motoe controlled by axes controller.
Manufactured in stainless steel, coated steel and anodised aluminium, it is able to work with films in biorientate polypropylene, coextruded and/ or lacquered, several coupled materials, hot sealing or cold having thickness 20 up to 40 μm, neutral, continuous printing or with picture in place.

M230 wrapping machine is distinguished by its compactness, reliability, performance and simplicity in its use and maintenance.
It is also used as completion of automatic lines, considering that M230 with double cutter jaws is capable to rich up to 200 pcs/m.
Sealing rollers are standard fitted with Brushless servo motor, picture in place is automatic and integrated into the servo drive. It is also available with brushless servo motor on cutter jaws.
